Why isn't BO ending the war in Afghanistan now that Bin Laden is dead?

BO's administration will be coming to a halt after next year, specifically for this being one of the reasons. There is no way we still need to be over there. Our boys need to come home, and that is his job to make this happen, and he isn't doing it, and moreover, has no intentions of getting it done.
