Help with legal charge term?
a husband wont let a wife come down stairss he forces her to stay up staris if she comes down staris he gets all mad and starts to get furious and possibly throw stuff at her and start yelling at her if she was to call the police and get him arrested what charge would this be and how long is this punishable for?
