If Barack had been able to get everything he promised done in his first four years...?

Would there still be people who would complain about his work anyway? What I mean is, if he had been able to raise taxes on those who make 250,000 and above, gotten bin laden, created a Universal health care plan,that didn't have to wait to take affect until 2014 and so on. Would people still find something to complain about? To me this just shows me that no matter what he does, no one will ever be happy. Am I right?
