Such a thing as Legal Graffiti?
I have been doing a lot of graffiti almost all of my life. I have never got caught... yet(Well one time but no charges were pressed). Are some types of graffiti more umm less punishable? For example lately I have been making giant stencils to transfer onto paper (basically making a giant poster) and then pasting it too a wall. And sometimes I put cut pieces of vinyl and tiles to make 3d pixel art. Back to the main point: I know graffiti is vandalism and vandalism is vandalism and can be turned into a big deal but what I'm trying to ask is would you be pressed with normal vandalism charges if somebody caught you with a giant poster and a bucket of paste? or will they treat it the same way as using spray paint. Again I know that graffiti is not just spray paint but other materials as well BUT paper is much easier to remove than paint. Would the law treat it all the same?
