Now that bin Laden's dead, will the Twin Towers be rebuilt?

I was only five when the attacks happened and live in Louisiana. But, now that bin Laden's dead, will the Twin Towers in NYC be rebuilt? I'm just learning about this and have an interest in the Twin Towers. They were a symbol to the USA. No mean answers please? Thanks!
