I hate my neighbors daughter D:<?

i have the neighbor next door she's 14 and im 15 and she always wants to hangout. It gets really annoying because she uses me for my pool. She is not allowed to go in her pool when her parents are not home so she knocks at the door at 8 a.m (i come home from soccor practice) and she won't leave until you ask her too, my mom makes me hang out with her and thinks shes super nice, but that's not the case. She never wants to hang out with me when she has a friend over but my mom lets her inside when i have friends over. IT IS GETTING ON MY LAST NERVE :'( i can't avoid her and if i ignore the door my mom will rat me out and if that doesnt happen she will keep knocking 15 minutes then 10 minutes then 5 minutes ( she get inpatient) , another example is I say i am going out for soccer try out's and i am really tired after and she wants to hangout. some advice please :')
