Did I cheat on my exam?

I had a final exam a few weeks ago and I was really nervous the night before and I posted a Facebook status that stated I felt I was going to fail. A few people posted that they were glad they weren't the only person who felt that way etc... but one student, who had taken the exam early wrote that he had been nervous too, but it really hadn't ben anything to worry about. Previously, our professor had stated that the exam would be between 50 and 60 questions, so I asked how many questions the exam was and he answered back with 50 and again that he found it to be easier than the hypos she used in class. He didn't give any information on what types of questions were asked, or even what sections I should be focusing on and I didn't ask any further questions; I simply thanked him for making me and others feel a bit better about the exam. It's two weeks later and I was just informed that I am under investigation for cheating because of this little exchange. The guy that answered my questions is an acquaintance from class and nothing more, we don't sit anywhere near each other in class and only say hello in passing. Am I in serious trouble here? I am in panic mode until I get more information on the investigation this week and I don't know whether I should be freaking out as much as I am. Did I cheat? Did I do something punishable? I didn't think that asking how many questions were on the exam was cheating, I could have asked the professor that ans she would have answered, in fact she already sort of did...
